Barney is a 43-pound sweetheart who’s feeling a little uncertain about shelter life. He came to us as a stray, so it’s understandable that he’s still adjusting to all the new sights and sounds. But once Barney feels safe, his gentle personality shines through—he enjoys attention and affection from people he trusts. He also does well with other dogs, making him a great candidate for a multi-dog household. Barney is searching for a patient and loving forever home where he can build confidence, feel secure, and finally relax into the happy dog he’s meant to be.
